Transcript of Q&A Regarding Second Life Intellectual Property with Attorney Frank Taney Posted
February 16th, 2008 by Benjamin Duranske
The transcript of yesterday’s in-world discussion of Second Life intellectual property issues with attorney Frank Taney is now available at SLOG. I’m on the road right now and I couldn’t make it to the event “live,” but it looks like it was a great session.
From the introduction to the transcript:
The simulator was packed for the entire event – so we’ll be making this a regular occurrence focused on more specific topics! Frank Taney, a partner at Buchanan, Ingersoll, & Rooney did a question and answer session with over 40 content creators in Second Life. His avatar is “Extinct Darwin.”
This is an overview, so Frank covered a lot of territory quickly, but they apparently plan to do specific sessions on individual topics in the future, so you can look forward to more detail in those.
