While I&#039;m more sympathetic to &quot;geek outlaw paradises&quot; than those who work with atomic-world laws for a living, I still have to acknowledge LL&#039;s progress in the policy arena.

They&#039;ve introduced professionalism and consistency to their policy pronouncements and enforcement that had been sadly lacking. They&#039;re still not perfect, as the recent waffling on a strong ad-farming ban shows, but they seem to be trying. 

I&#039;d rather have bad rules, clearly stated and consistently applied, than the mix of happy talk and hysterical pronouncements followed by no enforcement that had marked LL actions in the past. 

There&#039;s a long road ahead, but this marks a good start.</description>
