I'm going to be moderating a few panels though, and I'll try to direct some discussion that way. This is more nuts and bolts. I see this as an area of law, like "intellectual property law," and in that sense, this is the first. But you're definitely right, one could make a good case for State of Play being the first. It is certainly the intellectual grand-daddy of this field.
