		<description>Doubledown, I don&#039;t see Philip as someone who lies very often.  If anything his honesty gets him in trouble more than anything, because he&#039;s honest about his vision of what he wants things to be like, even if that vision has nearly zero chance of actually happening in reality. :)

Evasive?  Sure sometimes.  A liar?  No I don&#039;t think so.</description>
